Notes for Parents:

A few guidelines and notes concerning our competitive soccer team:

  • Fees are not optional. Pay these before the due date please.
  • Attendance is important. Being present at practice, games and tournaments build trust among team members. If you must be absent, give notice. If your player needs a ride, we can work together to help.
  • Show up to practice 10 minutes early. Bring your ball and water.
  • Show up to games 30 minutes early. Bring both uniform sets. Bring your ball and water.
  • During games, cheer for the team and players, but please DO NOT COACH THEM.
  • Coach Casey may pull a player off the field for a number of reasons. This is to coach them one on one. This does not mean a players performance is bad. Trust the coach. The more they talk, the more they learn.
  • Help your player learn the other players names and numbers.
  • Encourage team work and good sportsmanship.
  • Soccer is very physical! You will see your player getting shoved, kicked, falling down, and frustrated. You will also see Referees make bad calls or no calls. Hold your temper and your tongue. Casey and I are here if you need to discuss these situations.
  • Players should take care of themselves. Eat healthy, work on skills, stay hydrated, and get plenty of rest.
